RATES: 

1. The IslandTime Bungalow is available for both short-term and long-term rental periods. 
2. There are no additional cleaning fees or hidden charges.
3. A 2-night minimum is required; 3-night minimum for holiday & event weekends.
4. Rates vary by season, time period of rental & number of occupants.
5. Published rates (below) are for an occupancy up to two (2) persons.
6. We do extend discounts off published rates for returning guests!
7. The longer you stay - the lower the rate.  

Peak Season

• Daily          $ 185 
• Week #1    $ 950 
• Week #2    $ 1500
• Week #3    $ 1900
• Monthly      $ 2300

Off-Peak Season

• Daily         $ 165 
• Week #1   $ 800 
• Week #2   $ 1300
• Week #3   $ 1500
• Monthly     $ 1700
